Verdi Hall
Flexible meeting and breakout rooms for professional events
Training sessions, workshops, and
parallel professional programs
Located on the first floor of the New York Palace, the Verdi Room offers an elegant, versatile venue for business meetings, executive meetings, training sessions, workshops, and smaller conference sessions in the heart of Budapest.
The 43 m² room can be used as a standalone meeting venue or as part of a more complex, multi-room event. It is directly connected to the Vivaldi Room via a connecting door and shares a common lobby with the Puccini Room.
Together with the Vivaldi, Puccini, and Bellini rooms, it is possible to create a multi-room event layout in which the main presentation can be followed by parallel workshops, seminars, or small-group activities.

Meetings and Management Consultations
In a conference-style layout, the Verdi Room provides a professional yet intimate setting for up to 20 participants, ideal for executive meetings, strategic discussions, and private partner meetings.
As part of a larger conference, it can be used as a VIP meeting room, a presentation room, or a backstage area for organizers.
Training Sessions and Workshops
Interactive training sessions, courses, and professional workshops can be held for 25 people in a U-shaped layout and for 20 people in a classroom-style setup.
The U-shaped layout encourages dialogue and collaboration, while the classroom layout offers a practical solution for programs that include presentations, note-taking, or assignments.
Direct access to the Vivaldi Hall
The Verdi Room is directly connected to the 126 m² Vivaldi Room, which can accommodate up to 120 people. The Vivaldi Room can be used as a central plenary space, while the Verdi Room can be used for smaller breakout sessions, workshops, or meetings.
This layout allows participants to quickly split into smaller groups after the joint presentation and then return to the main program on the same floor.
Multi-room conferences and seminars
The Verdi Hall, together with the Vivaldi, Puccini, and Bellini Halls, can be reserved for complex, multi-hall events. In addition to the central Vivaldi Hall, the three smaller rooms allow for the creation of separate sections, working groups, or program spaces with different functions.
Common Lobby and Reception Area
The shared lobby of the Verdi, Puccini, and Vivaldi halls can serve as a practical additional space for the event. The open layout facilitates quick and convenient movement between parallel programs for attendees.
The lobby can also be equipped with corporate branding elements, digital information displays, and central catering stations.
Personalized Hospitality with an ESG Approach
We can arrange refreshments for meetings, coffee breaks for training sessions, and lunch service for business events; a small buffet or standing reception can also be arranged upon request.
ESG considerations can be incorporated through the use of seasonal ingredients, thoughtful portion planning, taking special dietary needs into account, and implementing solutions that reduce food waste and the use of unnecessary single-use items.
For events involving multiple rooms, catering stations set up in the common lobby can serve participants in all adjacent rooms, thereby promoting more efficient use of space and resources.
Professional technical support
The technical setup can be tailored to the event’s format, number of attendees, and equipment requirements. Sound systems, projection equipment, lighting, online registration, and multi-room streaming can be provided upon prior arrangement.
