The New York Palace offers an elegant and versatile venue for both corporate and private events. These include conferences, business meetings, gala dinners, standing and seated receptions, weddings, fashion and product shows, press conferences, exhibitions, concerts, as well as themed and formal events. Our flexible venues and experienced professional team offer customized solutions ranging from smaller, exclusive gatherings to large-scale events.
How can a dedicated event planner help?
Our dedicated event planner will guide you through the entire organizational process, from the initial consultation to the execution of the event. They will help you select the venue that best suits the nature and size of your event, coordinate technical, furnishing, and catering requirements, and manage related services. With personalized recommendations and ongoing communication, they ensure that your event runs smoothly, in line with your vision, and at a standard befitting the New York Palace.
Can I request an in-person site visit?
Of course. Upon prior appointment, our event planning staff will arrange a personal site visit during which they will show you the event venues and provide a detailed overview of the options available for your event. During the tour, you’ll also have the opportunity to discuss your venue setup, technical, and catering needs in person.
What information should you include when requesting a quote?
To receive a personalized quote, please provide the planned date, type, expected number of attendees, and duration of your event. It’s helpful to include your preferred room setup, your ideas regarding catering and event technology, as well as any special dietary, program, or other specific requirements. The more detailed the information you share with us, the more accurate our quote will be.
How long does it take to receive a response to a request for a quote?
On business days, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request for a quote. For more complex or specialized requests, preparing a detailed quote may require further consultation, in which case our event planning representative will notify you in advance.
Will I receive confirmation that my request for a quote has been sent?
Yes. After successfully submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation that your request for a quote has been received by our system. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact our event planning team directly.
